17 Sep

Nate Pritt’s Decoherence was reviewed by Poets & Writer’s this week.

Excerpt from the review:
“In his cerebral eighth collection, Pritts (Post Human) cycles through the many metaphorical connotations of light, investigating each at close range, and laments the ephemerality of experience…”

DECOHERENCE

12 Jun

From Mind the Bird Media:

Nate PrittsDECOHERENCE arrives this October from 42 Miles Press! David Rivard says, “I love [Pritts’] loyalty to the incidental, the moments where our truest feelings reveal themselves. He reminds me a bit of Joseph Ceravolo—he takes the bewilderment that we so often feel and he turns it into a spell devised to heal us.”

If you’re interested in writing a review or talking to Nate, DM or email with galley requests or questions.

Book & Art Show Launch: David Dodd Lee

16 Feb

c4ktgzvvmaip2h_-jpg_largeFrom the man himself:

“A reminder not to miss my upcoming art exhibit, ‘Consent/Dissent,’ which will take place Thursday, at Langlab (doors open at 7 p.m.). This event is also doubling as a book launch for my latest book of Ashbery erasure poems, so I’ll be reading poems from “And Others, Vaguer Presences,” and other poems as well . . .. Come for the art, poetry, food, and the wonderful Langlab experience. Keep resisting (there is art and will be poetry pushing back against this administration as well). There will also be readings by Stephen CF, Alison Stine (who also collaborated with me on some of the collages in the show), Lucas Burkett, Nick Wort, Krista Cox, Alyse Chinnok, and a found poetry / noise performance by Sailbear 56k, plus some music by Joe Baughman. See you soon!”
